Another one bites the dust!!! Since moving to the North Coast I have only purchased and sold via Katherine. I am happy she left the mainstream and set up her own business to get away from the usual agent to the one with integrity. She literally always asked all the questions regarding my needs and wants, to further uncover what I never really knew I wanted myself. I have purchased properties that Katherine could envisage I wanted, that I could not. Just from pure honest communication and questions. It's got to a stage that she knows what would please me better than me!! :-) Only a passionate professional that understands their market and their customer can do that. Katherine has always under promised and over delivered, unlike most agents that will tell you porky pies, just to get you to list or buy. Katherine would prefer to lose a sale or a listing than to lie about it once she understands your needs, but only if you are also honest with her. It's a 2 way street.
I have moved from the North Coast after moving there from Sydney 21 years ago and would never use anyone else. I have purchased and sold numerous properties via Katherine and am now completely out of her area and scared. The only reason is I don't really trust Agencies or agents. I trusted Katherine. Hopefully I find another Katherine in the town I now live. Will miss her professionalism and I doubt anyone will match it. All others agents seem to care about is getting your listing and selling your property based on their own needs, rather than yours. DO NOT be fooled by larger Real Estate Agencies.
